1. Agreement

By using CS Jobs (the “Service”), operated by Prodeegi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What CS Jobs is

CS Jobs aggregates, cleans and classifies customer support job openings from public sources and partner feeds, and estimates whether candidates in Nigeria and the rest of Africa are eligible to apply. We are a discovery tool, not a recruiter, staffing agency or employer. Every application is made directly with the hiring company.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

4. Job listings and accuracy

Listings, salary figures, currency conversions to Naira, match scores and eligibility verdicts are automated estimates produced by our rules and AI pipeline. They may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Always confirm the details on the employer's own posting before applying or making any decision. We do not guarantee that any listing is live, genuine, or that you will be hired.

5. Job alerts

Alerts are opt-in email notifications. You can pause, delete or unsubscribe from them at any time. We may limit alert frequency or volume to protect deliverability.

6. Acceptable use

  • No scraping, bulk downloading or resale of our listings or data.
  • No attempts to break, overload or bypass authentication or rate limits.
  • No uploading of unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
  • No use of the Service to spam employers or other users.

7. Intellectual property

The CS Jobs and Prodeegi names, logos, design, code and curated data are owned by Prodeegi. Original job descriptions remain the property of their respective employers and sources; we link back to the original posting for every listing.

8. Third-party links

The Service links to employer sites and job boards we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, hiring practices, or privacy practices. Never pay a fee to be considered for a job — report any listing that asks you to.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prodeegi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities, or damages arising from your reliance on listings, match scores or eligibility estimates.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
